I am SO HAPPY with Vetter’s service! Michael came next day at 8am to the rescue! I just moved into a new home, and it was an emotional one to begin with, and the property management company had a blip where who was supposed to clean the home prior to move, did not clean. Vetter Cleaning had good reviews, so called them up! Extremely professional and friendly, and was able to schedule Michael for the next morning before the moving happened! There is a reason they have so many bad reviews recently. We just used them for a move out cleaning and they sent ONE girl for a 2,600 square foot house. I say one because they did send two the first day, but one was new and spent the whole day on just one bedroom. We felt so bad for her, Tulli. She was amazing and did the best she could being on her own. Boss lady pls give me a call. Not happy.
My daughter got a move in deep clean and 2 people came over to clean and it's worse than before they came. Broke a mirror and left the broken glass all over the new carpet. Wasted our time. They were at our house from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. So disappointed in this company.Update: They sent a team over again. The cleaners were Jennifer and Carol. Once they were done we were able to walk into the clean home we were expecting.
