Vetter Air LLC
We called Vetter Air and explained that our a/c was frozen over and that we had JUST shut it off. They went ahead and sent a technician knowing that there was nothing they could do because it was still frozen(we didn’t know they couldn’t do anything), but we still got charged the service fee just for them to tell us what we already knew and explained on the phone. I am highly disappointed and feel like we were scammed.
