I came across a white male non Hispanic about 5'10 180lbs. He was aggressive, hostile towards me. He states he owns this company. I am not surprised about the one-star review. This incident occurred on the easment in front of the property where this male came outside to harass me.
Our HOA purchased one of their very expensive systems a little over three years ago for our gated community. The system included 3 years worth of cloud based storage at the cost of $500 per month. I recently moved to the community to discover the system non-operational. I called to schedule an appointment with the local sales person, Ryan, to come out and give us an estimate to bring the system back on line and change over to a local hard drive storage.
