I think the vets are knowledgeable and know what they're talking about. However, I was misinformed about what they could do for me so I treat my dog's homeopathically on most occasion, but this does not help if you need to actually see the vet in person.
Called this company because of a UTI for my dog. Paid 102 dollars got on the call with a vet who told me she couldn't help me because I live in Wisconsin and she is in California. No advice or next steps just "I can't help you". Contacted customer support to get a refund and was told I saw the vet and should have read the fine print...no refunds. Shady business. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely genius! So convenient being able to meet with a wide variety of available qualified and knowledgeable vets in various departments at all hours of the day and night.
