Asinine and nonsensical company. As a veterinarian (licensed in 2 states) seeking to obtain basic heartworm preventative for my personal pets, I was told, nearly a month after placing my initial order, my order would not be accepted because they are unable to add my licenses to their system. The manner in which my order was handled causes me serious concern as to the reliability of this company. I am so angry with VetSource right now. My dog is on very expensive and highly important medication for her LIVER. I have ordered her medicine and paid for overnight delivery last week and the medication has still not arrived. I don’t care if they knock off 20% of the price. It doesn’t make my dogs liver enzymes decrease, does it? Bro frustrating and irresponsible on their behalf. They should have replaced the order when I first reached out to them! I’m so disappointed and angry with VetSource!

Horrible, useless and unreliable. Shipped for overnight delivery but is now in limbo at UPS with no available delivery date. My cat needs the medication and UPS will only talk to the shipper, not the recipient. Vetsource will not assist by contacting UPS as the shipper and has left me with a very sick cat, no medication and no idea what is going on. They can't be bothered to assist in spite of the fact that UPS will only speak to them. It made it all the way to the delivery vehicle and then went into exception due to weather... read more

According to the USPS tracking log, meds were forwarded to my new address and delivered. And then returned. I called and reported I never received the meds and Vetsource said they cannot give me a refund ($162). They also will not ship new meds until the next scheduled delivery (6 months). They also do not have my physical prescription which is required for me to get any medication elsewhere. So I have no meds, no prescription, and I’m out the money. I can’t imagine a worse customer experience I’ve had in my life.
