The worst experience and customer service ever! I called to have our 4 year old water softener looked at because it had standing water in it. Dan came out and spent 7 minutes to disconnect a valve and said that should increase the water pressure. It didn't work. I was charged a flat fee of $79.00 for 30 minutes and he should have stayed the 30 minutes and looked everything over. Instead he said since this did not work I needed a new water softener $1300.00.
