My ex-husband was diagnosed with dementia and I am tryin to find a rescue for his dog. I called to make an appointment and I was told they would not see the dog because of "hostile behaviour in the lobby" by my ex-husband (not unheard of for and undiagnosed dementia patient, at the time). just now NEW I wish I could give them a zero. I came to appt with my dog and her back leg is injured. I needed assistance with getting her out of car. Everyone appears to be AFRAID of animals. REALLY? She does not have a history of biting nor is she aggressive. She is actually and emotional support dog. terrible front office staff.They can't even send paperwork after an appointment to know what's been done.They didn't even tell me my cats weight..We are treating her " medically" pretty much all I was told..yeah that helps when u have an FIV positive cat. RecommendedI had to find a new vet clinic in Feb last year after my vet of 20 years left private practice to buy an ultrasound practice. There is also nothing scarier than looking for a new vet during a pandemic when you can't meet them and tour the clinic. I tried one clinic and was not satisfied with the level of care. DON’T TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO THESE PEOPLE!! I paid $85 extra to have my dog sedated so he could have his check-up and nails clipped since he has very high anxiety at the vet. He had to be muzzled when they took him in (standard COVID Protocol as I was told). He was already panicking as he was being weighed. Even with him panicking, they put him in a kennel and DIDN’T WATCH HIM!! They had the nerve to tell me he was only not observed for about ten seconds. I take my two fur babies here the whole staff is incredible! From the front receptionist to the technicians making everything understandable and very affordable with your income. Doctors take their time to listen and make sure my pets are healthy! I will definitely be coming in when my fur babies need to get any updates Thank you all the staff at vetsavers
We had been going to Vet Savers in Carrollton for about 3 years with our all of dogs not only for vet care but also nail trims. I made an appointment to have two of our dogs nail trimmed and when my daughter took them they told her they did not have an appointment. Come to find out the appointment was canceled and no one from the facility bothered to call or email. So not a lot know but we just adopted this sweet boy a couple days ago. His name is Maxwell lol. Anyway, on the way home we saw VetSavers were giving out some free food, treats and they even gave us a bed for our boy! You guys have to stop by. The entire staff was so sweet.
