Excellent service, very professional staff. Dr. Reich is the best!
Briardo is the best vet I’ve ever had. He’s been our family vet for 14 years, and I would not take my furry kids anywhere else but to him. He’s has a great heart, is very caring with his patients ( dogs, cats, etc ), explains everything that is going on with them in details, and even though some people might think it’s a bit far driving up to Martinsburg WV, where his clinic is, it’s worth the drive EVERY TIME. I've used vets and pets since they opened and I've always had great experiences with them. The staff is always friendly and the veterinarians really take great care of all my pets! I wouldn't take my furbabies anywhere else!
I took my 6 month old cat to get nurtured. Received a certificate of neuter signed by a vet saying he was fixed. Then to find out that he has not been fixed and now have to take him to get neutered in Hampshire County as I moved away from this location to even get this situation resolved
Today marks one year since I lost one of my best friends, a orange and loveable cat named Biggs. It was just over a year ago that I took him to Vets and Pets. The staff is very kind and conversational. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Dr. Briardo Reich. I took Biggs in knowing very well that his thyroid levels were likely up, and his kidneys were possibly failing (he was nearly 18 at the time).
