This is specifically for the female front desk tech who was working this evening. My husband brought our Labrador in this evening for an ear exam. Our dog is very excitable, he's a big, dumb, goofy lab who barks when excited. Never threatening, never anxious, just happy barks. The tech had my husband bring him back to the exam room, where she promptly told my husband he had to muzzle our dog. We had our first ever appointment for our cat who has a tapeworm. We showed up 20 minutes early, they took us in immediately. We were in and out in 15 minutes! Our appointment was AT 4pm and we were already in the car!! Everyone was incredibly friendly and nice. It wasn't an arm and a leg cost wise. We absolutely will be coming back and bringing our other cat as well. 10/10!
