Poor construction quality, poorer management. Constantly having expensive repairs and maintenance done because the building was done so poorly. Balconies and windows are falling off, the facade is crooked and chipping away, tons of giant cracks in lower level units from building settling, almost always one elevator out of service, garbage chute constantly breaks, front door key fob mechanism constantly breaks, garage doors broken at least once a month, dirtiest parking garage I have ever seen had to wash my car once a week t... read more
Very sketchy building and location. Visited there few weeks back, the lady Conceirge at the front desk is very nasty and rude as well, they need proper training. Be very careful when interacting with them.
