Poor construction quality, poorer management. Constantly having expensive repairs and maintenance done because the building was done so poorly. Very sketchy building and location. Visited there few weeks back, the lady Conceirge at the front desk is very nasty and rude as well, they need proper training. Be very careful when interacting with them.
