I called to get some information about the services, and I was genuinely surprised by the kindness and compassion of the person who assisted me over the phone. She was absolutely wonderful, one of those people who truly do their work with love and care, not simply because it is their job. Her kindness and willingness to help really stood out. This was an amazing customer service experience, and I truly appreciate the way she treated me. Thank you for making such a positive impression!
Amazing Staff Fast service
My pet broke a tooth, and we went in for an emergency extraction. We asked if they could do it, and they said yes. They had us fill out a form stating that the consultation fee was extra and any subsequent treatments were additional. This was understandable given the emergency. However, after the consultation, based on what we already knew, they told us they didn't perform dental extractions, that we had to find another place, and that we had to pay for the consultation. We found two dogs running across a busy road. I looked on Google to find the closest place that could scan for a chip. One dog had a chip and VetNow called the owners and they came and picked up their dogs! Such a happy day. These ladies were so wonderful and helpful. Thank you so so much for being so great and caring for these sweet animals!
THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! ALL THEY CARE ABT IS TAKING YOUR MONEY, if u want ur animal to get mistreated this is the perfect place for that!!!
