Significant decline in service as of late. I used to be able to order refills online and have them in my mailbox 2-3 days later. Twice now, I've had to call to check on my refill status after almost a week without any updates on the order. My wife had to drive across Long Island on a Friday afternoon because we were told that it would be completed by Wednesday. I wrote this review while sitting on hold for 11 minutes trying to get the status of my latest order.

This place is by far the very best. I had a bad experience with my previous compounding pharmacy. My cats medication would come about 3 weeks after my initial order. I even paid for expedited shipping and still did not receive the medication in a timely manner. No matter how clear I made the importance of her getting her medication daily, on time. Took them a week to contact me after my vet put the script in. I called to let the know I’d be there by 6 to pick it up and was told that the doors would be locked at exactly 6, and he needed prior manager approval to take the 10 seconds to hand me the script, despite the fact it was prepaid! He was stuck up and frankly didn’t care! Also, not once was I told that it was non refundable until I asked to cancel it! I will never use this company again.

This was our first time using vet medics for compounded medication for our cat. The pharmacy tech/RPh were extremely professional and helpful. The refrigerated medication was shipped overnight was very reasonably priced ! They even included a little toy for Leo phenomenal service!! We definitely recommend for any compounded vet meds !!
