10 star service. SO happy! Rachel was the main person who helped me, and she was compassionate and really got on top of the situation. She called me back multiple times to let me know the status of the meds I needed in an emergency. Very thankful Long Island has a place like this to go to!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

When it was finally time for our dog, Fred, to pass on to the next world, we called VetMedics. We learned about VetMedics through friends. Significant decline in service as of late. I used to be able to order refills online and have them in my mailbox 2-3 days later. Twice now, I've had to call to check on my refill status after almost a week without any updates on the order. My wife had to drive across Long Island on a Friday afternoon because we were told that it would be completed by Wednesday. I wrote this review while sitting on hold for 11 minutes trying to get the status of my latest order.
