I booked an appointment the same day waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes for the appointment I walk in there and the lady in the computer canceled the appointment as I walked in but they couldn’t of helped my anyways because there was no veterinarian in that day it just would of been nice to get a notification before I wasted 30min in a car when u could have gone somewhere else
