Excellent experience at the Chapel Hill (NC) clinic. My cat is not happy with car travel, but the vet and assistant at the clinic calmed him, cuddled him, and quickly got him up to date on his vaccinations. Great experience for cat and owner! I was so sad to learn that this clinic location was closing permanently the next day. I hope the VetIQ honchos will show their high IQs and reopen this easily accessible , superbly run location.
The veterinary staff, both the technician and the veterinarian were welcoming, professional and took good care of my pet.
Top Notch Excellent customer service, attention to detail, kind, patient with my playful puppy, professional, and a bargain to boot!! It was actually a joy to do business with them. Cowboy and I appreciate you ladies!
