I brought my puppy for an exam and vaccination. Scheduling was quick and easy, we got in very quickly. The office is super clean. The staff members are kind and efficient, and handled my pup gently and skillfully. Dr. Rob was very informative and when I had follow up questions he emailed me back promptly. It was a great experience, and I have already recommended this office to others. Thank you!
Scheduled an appt 2 days in a row to show up and find out they were closed with no notice. Why wouldn't you reach out ahead of time to let people know you were closed? I won't schedule again
Idk if this is just recent but don't believe their hours on Google. Currently says they are open but nobody answering a phone or a call back after half an hour and multiple calls. I just need my test results to send to another vet so my kitties can get healthy. Yet these random closings and hours aren't fun to deal with. They need to just start sending test results to the customer instead of keeping them at this rate. They get a point because they seem to really care and like animals.
