Terrible service. I’m not one to write reviews for places but to be frank I have never had such a horrible experience. I went last month and had to wait an extra hour after my set appointment time because they kept taking walk-ins, the poor veterinary student was given little instructions on how to hold my cat while getting her vaccines and was really hurting her (not her fault but the staff should have directed her better). The Vet was very nice and they treated me and my dog well but they didn’t give my dog the correct shots I asked for and the reason I went there to begin with. Also the pricing wasn’t much better than my normal Vet office.
Thank you for being very caring and patient with my grumpy girl. She was having a bad day but she seems to be doing very well today.
Took Bitsy in for vaccinations and an ear infection. Dr Tiffany was so sweet and kind. I will definitely use them again!!
The vet tech and vet that I saw June 18th 2024 were so sweet and made sure that they covered all the grounds that I had questions about and provided me with helpful information. There is so kind and caring. I’ll keep going back to them..
