Horrible, rushed us out. Didn't listen or even seem to care about our concerns with our dog. Did the exact thing my primary vet did. Refused to talk to me over the phone during the appointment while my wife was there in the room. One of the worst experiences in all the years of dealing with vets with this dog. She's gone through chemo since she was 2 years old and now she's almost 8. So there has been a lot of vet visits. Dr. Bailey is a 0/10 do not recommend for optometrist
We have been struggling across 6 different vets & 2 countries to help our poor Doggies Glaucoma & the vets at UVH finally helped get one of her eyes to 0 pressure! They are a big help!
Excellent service. Dr. Pierce is so very knowledgeable in his field and has a wonderful way with our oldest dog. Great with puppy parents too. The staff is a big plus at UVH. Kind and very knowledgeable in their day to day work also.
Took my Devon Rex cat for an ulcerated eye and DR Bailey did everything she could but we still had to remove the eye. I was impressed by her kind way of trying to help. Thank you Doctor Bailey.
Dr. Pierce is exceptional. He is very gentle with Ella. I would not hesitate to use him for my pet.
