Dr.Puccio and the entire staff are not just professionals they are caring and compassionate. Absolute best care for a scary emergency with my dog. Thank you to the ENTIRE STAFF @ VSCLI form front office with Tricia and our surgeon Dr. Puccio and Dr Giffords overnight. You all Made this less traumatic and provided unbelievable care.
Will never come back here. Dog had ear infection, wanted to charge $800 to do a culture swab of the ear, wouldn’t clean out my dogs ear unless I paid $200, prescribed antibiotics but wouldn’t even administer the 1st dose of the antibiotics in the office.
Our dog needed emergency care for bleeding at her incision site. Dr. Mesgarani and Jamie were incredible, compassionate, patient, and so knowledgeable. Jamie even sat on the floor with us for almost an hour, gently waking our dog with peanut butter and sharing stories about her dog to help ease our anxieties.
