My dog was saved after two surgeries there. He spent over a week there. Love compassion and empathy through everyone who works there. Fully healthy and recovered from a near death experience. The best - words don’t do justice to everything they did for our family.
I am writing this review to praise surgeon Dr. Margaret Puccio and her incredible staff for their expert care of my cat Onyx. She was hospitalized with them for 13 days with severe pancreatitis and would have not survived without their support and expertise. The comfort I received as a concerned cat mom was nothing short of phenomenal. The staff was so welcoming and let me visit Onyx whenever I wanted as they are open 24 hours a day. Amazing team—especially highly recommended for their emergency services. My Yorkie pup gets very anxious around the vet, but they handled him with such care and patience. They made us feel completely at ease, even when they took him to the back for his check-up. I’m so happy we found this office. It gives me real peace of mind knowing they’ll be there if any emergencies come up. Highly recommend!
Thank goodness for this facility! It is brand new to our community and I am so grateful for the care they showed our sweet girl on a middle of the night emergency visit. It is a beautiful, clean, 24 hour care hospital that I would highly recommend. The care she received was prompt, thorough and compassionate.
