Great customer service, excellent care for my dog when she needed it most.
First things first, they rushed my dog into the back to make sure he was breathing. This is very important. They responded really quickly to that......and then waiting. It seemed much longer in that room they whisked me off to, but to not know what was going on really made time drag. When they did show up the first 2 questions are about money, like $1500 worth of money before any info on the pet is available, was I willing to spend $1500? So that was rough. And then more waiting. While my dog required a specialization that this emergency vet did not offer, I felt like my dog and I were treated with care during our visit. They suggested some options to possibly save me a little money at their clinic, called two specialists that offered neurology and provided contact info and addresses. I was pretty distraught and I felt like the doctor treated me with compassion. As she sat next to me and explained in plain English what she was seeing in her examination.
