The ER Vet was very knowledgeable and flexible with what I could afford for treating my Bishon who had been attacked by another dog. My disappointment arose when I called to check on how he was doing and learned he hadn’t had surgery yet and wouldn’t until 12pm. We had gotten there at 5am. I picked him up instead and transferred him to a different hospital. I still had over a $900 bill for medication administered and the ER visit. The vet who took care of our baby boy was nice and knowledgeable but the ladies in the front desk wasn’t welcoming. We waited almost 8 hours and we had to keep asking what was going on to find out the status of our boy. And they seemed annoyed each time we asked. My husband said he was very upset that Alyssa was cold hearted considering the stress we were in.

The vet who treated my baby boy seemed very knowledgeable however the two front desk people, if i remember correctly the name of the other one was Alyssa wasn’t so welcoming. Being in a situation when your family pet is sick you would think they would be more understanding. Every time we asked for updates she seemed annoyed. We waited almost 8 hours and we had to keep asking before we found out what was going on. Had we not asked we wouldnt have been updated. The wntire experience was very stressful
