Took dog in last night, 9/11/21, arrived at 6:15 pm. You pull into a numbered parking space and call a phone number on the sign for an over-the-phone triage. The waiting room is huge; however, you sit in your vehicle waiting for a tech to come and get your animal. Our dog, an elderly pit mix, had a swelling neck and we were concerned it would block her breathing. After 3 hours, my son called for a status. She hadn't been examined yet. We took our young Labrador to the center this morning with a suspected rattlesnake bite. The staff took her inside, examined her and declared that they found some blood, but were unable to detect any puncture wound. They did a quick assessment by both the vet and the tech and decided we could take our puppy home (with an advisory to watch for any of the common symptoms associated with bites). Administration employees are rude and play games.
The front staff is warm and inviting.g but as soon as they mess up, the administration staff will ignore you. Then they figure out they were wrong and try to fix it. The fact that it goes to such an ugly place before they do what they should have in the first place. Be careful with your beloved pets going here. They make huge mistakes.
Unprofessional and insensitive
You will get the run around when trying to find answers over your deceased pet. Beware going to this place has they will leave you frustrated and sad.
