I drove all the way from Canada (23 hours) to have PLDA surgery for my frenchie Mr beans. Very smooth process. Nice and clean clinic with amazing staff! Everyone I interacted with was amazing. I have zero regrets about coming here. Thanks so much Dr. Dugat 💕
The woman I spoke to was incredibly angry and frazzled from the moment she picked up the phone. No idea if she was having a bad day or what but it was extremely off-putting. She barked out answers to my questions in an incredibly irritable way. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I'd rather take my dog to someone else with a sunnier disposition.
Expect bait and switch pricing, a condescending and dismissive communication style and trying to rush you into making a decision.
I cannot say enough good things about the team at VSCS! We traveled about 2,000 miles to have the PLDA procedure done here for our dog with an injured spine. VSCS was outstandingly helpful and communicative with both me and my regular vet in coordinating this process. When we got there, I was absolutely blown away: the facility itself is beautiful and spotless, and every single employee that we interacted with was outstandingly professional, kind and helpful. Our Pomski and tuxedo cat both had surgery at VSCS, and I was beyond impressed. The team was incredibly skilled, caring, and professional from start to finish. Our pets recovered beautifully, and we felt completely supported throughout the process. Very responsive and professional in their communication. Highly recommend them for any complex procedures!
