**management, please read to address** The positive: I’ve had a positive experience at Blue Pearl since initial apt with Dr. Freilich. Her and her team are phenomenal and I can’t express enough how thankful I am for her and all she did for my cat so we had as many years with her as we did. We are still in the middle of the diagnosis of cancer and then determining what can be done for our Cooper — who has been the best boy, always ready to snuggle and pose for his photos … But the staff has been very caring and emotionally supportive, we know our final outcome will be loss and that’s heartbreaking ❤️🩹 but we appreciate how Dr Round and Gabby have listened and are helping us … and now Dr Kim also to help us see what’s possible since we love 💕 him so much, He’s our boy forever…..
