Amazing staff. We came in on Christmas Eve with our baby boy, Dash. He was very sick and they were able to diagnose him quickly. Unfortunately it was fatal and we had to make a very hard choice over the holidays. I cannot speak more highly of everyone at Blue Pearl Conshohocken. They were so empathetic, kind, and caring to us during the whole thing. They were there for us and Dash. After we said our goodbyes, they made sure we had every piece of him we could keep. Until today, all of my experiences here have been great, which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. Today, however, was a total disaster. My 14-year-old cat, Edison, wasn't eating and was very lethargic. I called Blue Pearl. The woman on the phone asked what was wrong, and I explained. I have to leave a review to say thank you. I found a pitbull and nobody would help me at midnight with this dog, and I couldn’t keep him in my house because of my dogs , The cops told me no other Vet veterinary office has told me no, but this office and Dr. Russel and all the assistants there Decided they would keep him for the night check up on him. We had to say goodbye to our cat of almost 21 years recently. Things turned quickly and it was time. These folks were awesome. Understanding, calm, caring professional. Highly recommended. Thanks to their staff for compassionate, focused care!
