Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, the waiting area was nice (clean, vending machine/beverage station, and had a designated “cat area” ) I took a community cat there after he had been injured in a fight. There was a bit of a wait because they had limited staff, but it was clear that they were giving every animal the best possible care and attention
The Blue Pearl team gave us the most compassionate care during our dog’s final day. They were patient, compassionate, and so generous with their time. I’ll never forget their kindness.
The technicians we saw were excellent. They were kind, patient, and informative. We called for a follow up and the answering was super rude. and dismissive. That’s not exactly the care/support we were looking for when calling about a serious cat illness. Editing my rating to a 3 — it’s still a shame because their team is so good — but I have to worry about who I get on the phone every time. It would otherwise be a 5
From what I know, Blue Pearl Pet Hospital is a nationwide corporation. In my home area, it doesn't have a very good reputation. The problem is they seem focused on wanting to do as many unnecessary procedures as possible; it seems they are more focused on running up an expensive bill. I was positioned to face this when I took my pet in about 11:30PM on a Saturday night. And they held true to the reputation. I’m still here and I’m so impressed that I have to write my review now! My dog came down with a swollen face and hives. They got us right back and then dealt with the train wreck behavior he exhibits at the vet. I have a 7 week old baby at home and was panicking that I would be waiting hours to even be seen, so they were an absolute godsend tonight. We’re just waiting to see if the shots are working, but he and I are both feeling a little better already.
