Do NOT take your pet to this animal hospital. This was the worst veterinary experience I’ve ever had, and I refuse to call the “doctor,” Virginia Shen, by her title because she doesn’t deserve the respect. My dog ingested foreign objects on Thanksgiving. I called ahead and was told they could help. When I arrived at 11 PM, they gave an injection to induce vomiting, but it didn’t work. I appreciated the quick and efficient office, the quiet atmosphere, the amount of time the doctor and tech spent with me and my dog, and the useful and timely communication. I am thankful they are available to pet owners in an emergency when decisions are not always easy.
They were wonderful!! Alleviated all of my concerns, lovely to work with, kind and clearly love animals.
The most kind, caring, and efficient group of staff ever! Made me feel so at ease during such a stressful time and took EXCELLENT care of my dog harlie!
The staff was extremely professional. My dog had an allergic reaction, so they took her back right away as a precaution. I was directed to a room after a short wait, and the doctor came in shortly thereafter. Would definitely recommend if you find yourself in need of an emergency vet.
