Absolutely horrible vet. If you don’t go back for 1,000 dollar check ups they will stop your dogs meds without even giving you notice or time to come up with the money to have to do that last minute. Was literally told when I needed a refill that my dog needed within 2 days of calling that dr Austin is declining the refill unless I come in for another check up…. Which btw they take weeks to get in and LAST MINUTE WITHOUT NOTICE AND JUST STOPPING MY DOGS MEDS…WHO does that who actually cares about animals and their wellbeing?... read more
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Austin and her internal medicine team. As both a veterinarian and a fur mom, my standards are exceptionally high... and I trust her completely with my own kids. She consistently makes herself available and is able to get my patients (and my own pets) in quickly, which means so much when you’re dealing with complex internal medicine cases. Best place to take your pet. Friendly, compassionate, thorough.
Best care for our Doberman. The staff is very friendly, responsive and has surpassed our expectations every time. Thankful that they work with our pet insurance vendor. But the best part is our doggo loves it there!
