This is the 2nd and last time I will go to this clinic. I was waiting in my car with my panicking puppy and screaming toddler for more than 20min past my appointment. No one even bothered to apologize or let me know they're running behind. I simply ask the girl if it will be much longer or I'll need to reschedule. She said "I'll be out when I'm done with them." This has been my vet clinic for over 20 years. I would not take my dogs anywhere else. Every one there is kind and compassionate
I will always recommend bringing your pets here. They genuinely care about the animals. I’ve had pet rats for a few years now and they have helped me treat every single one of them. I can never thank Dr. Bird and the entire staff enough for all their hard work and help.
We LOVE Dr. Bird and the staff at Veterinary Services of Wickford!!! Our 3 female toy poodles were spayed yesterday and they couldn’t have been in better, more capable, or more caring hands. We have many veterinary options much closer to us in Coventry but we drive the distance to go to Veterinary Services of Wickford; I can’t imagine going anywhere else! ❤️🐩❤️🐩❤️🐩
Dr. Bird and her fellow vets have been my pets' doctors for around 20 years. They have been there for my bunnies, kitties, and dogs, through illness, wellness, and final decisions. Every one of them cares for not only my furry friends, but also for me, when things get scary or sad or just to reassure me that things are going to be okay. I can't recommend them enough!
Dr Bird and Staff are THE BEST!! Met them in 1992!
Both the drs and the staff are absolutely amazing and have helped us with our fur babies when we lost all hope! I’ll never go to another place!
