I met Dr. Thorne last year when my Vet retired, my cat immediately liked her and that made me feel good, she is so calming and you can tell how much she loves animals, I am happy to bring my 10 year old cat to her for his care, they are all so nice there and friendly!
Dr. Thorne is a phenomenal practitioner and human being. She is thorough in her approach. She continuously educates her patients as to best course of action. Her demeanor is kind, gentle, and caring, and animals adore her. She is a huge advocate for animal adoption, and animal rescues. She is a true inspiration. I am thrilled to be a patient of Dr. Thorne's!
My dog,Dante, is beyond socially awkward and is suspicious of pretty much everything so he takes a lot of patience. He's been seeing dr. Thorne since he was 2 months old (he's now about to be 5) so she understands how he is and never pushes him past his comfort zone. Consistency is what Dante really needs and I can't imagine ever taking him to anyone else.
Dr. Thorne is the most wonderful vet. Brady almost likes her (he hates vets in general).
Harley and I had such a fabulous first visit today! We are so happy to be a part of the Veterinary Services of Westwood family now. Dr. Thorne and the staff were so loving and welcoming. I never felt rushed throughout the whole visit and every questions was answered. Thank you so much for being so great!
Dr. Thorne is easily the best veterinarian we've ever had. She's kind, compassionate and thoughtful...and our old black lab Kona just loves her! We're grateful that Dr. Thorne is a part of our community and a part of our family!
My dog and I love Dr. Thorne! She is hands down the best veterinarian we have have been too. My dog does not make "friends" easily and usually has to be muzzled with other vets. Dr. Thorne is patient and puts my dog at ease. She also takes the time to get to know you and your dog. She is a wonderful vet and a wonderful person!
