During most of my visits, I continually experienced problems. My first visit was prior to COVID. I did not see them give my dogs their shots! I was given someone else’s dog’s Rabies Tag. One of my dogs got sick and was kept at their facility several days due to diarrhea! I asked for a guesstimate of costs before leaving my dog! I was told it would cost $300, but when I went to pick her up the bill was close to $800! Also one of my dogs has been fragile health wise. Dr. Torres was knowledgeable and swift with taking care of my 8 year old lab mix when she injured herself. The staff was patient and kind each time we had follow up visits. We drove almost 50 miles each way, each visit and were not disappointed in the least. We will continue to do so for all our animals. 100% recommend this clinic! They have expertise and heart, a combination that's hard to find.
Horses and will most likely start taking my dogs to as well
