Very nice staff who want the best for your pet. I like that they explain all services and costs before doing anything. It is wonderful to learn that Dr. Malehorn owns the practice and all of the doctors are women. When all veterinarians cost thousands of dollars it is very nice to know your money is going towards a local women owned business that truly cares about its patients. I wouldn’t want my dog seeing any other vet!

My pup, Shiloh, and I recently moved to the DMV area last fall and finding a new vet was not a task I was ready for. Shiloh has faced quite a few health issues in his first few years of life and I am also a paranoid dog mom which can make it difficult to find a team who is willing to take the time to really assess your dog and listen to all of your concerns. We had such a great first visit at Veterinary Park Potomac with our Yorkie puppy! Everyone was so friendly, and Dr. Monica was wonderful, patient, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of our questions. I loved that they distracted our puppy with baby food during her vaccines, so she didn’t even notice she got a shot! Such a thoughtful touch that made the experience so much less stressful.
