Great facility, friendly staff, clear information prior to procedure by surgeon Dr. Gerdeau, detailed post-care information, personal phone call night after surgery.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Stephan and his team. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive—from the front desk to the nurses. They made me feel completely at ease during my dog’s surgery, and I’m so grateful for the level of care they provided.
Friendly service, helpful veterinarian and technicians! Treat my dog with much love and respect. They were willing to assist me with surgery, don't know what I would've without the help. I'm a college student with a part time job so it really helped a lot. They treated my puppy Juni with so much love as well. This clinic was also the cheapest compared to other ones I found! The assistance from Dr. Gendreau was very much appreciated and made me trust VOC and will come back.
They did a wonderful job caring for my English Bulldog. Their physical therapy is great and because of therapy she avoided surgery and is now 100%
For the price you pay to see a specialist you should receive extra special service. Detailed receipts would be ideal. If staff would have taken my photos to the doctor of the issues my dog was having a few days after TPLO my dog might not of had to suffer 5 months of discomfort. Being given the knowledge that a dog can reject the metal plate and hardware would of been appreciated. The amount of times I had to bring him in to my own vet because I was told they don't give antibiotic was a lie. I brought him back in for a check... read more
