Dr Chris Staley made having to have a dear dachshund go to sleep a quiet, sweet event! God Bless!
very friendly and wonderful
Always a fair price & Dr Staley seems to love animals. He gets down on the floor to talk to my dogs on their level. I have 3 dogs & 1 is super friendly, 1 is standoffish & the 3rd growls & cant be trusted. Even though he has never bit anyone. All my dogs are treated the same.
The clinic did a wonderful job spaying my female heeler!
We took a healthy 2 1/2 year pug to get his yearly shots today. After his injections while in the waiting room he got sick and had a bowel movement. We were told it happens when they are nervous. Got home 5 minutes later and we noticed he could not stand, called vet and after being on hold 5 minutes told to bring him back in. Kept waiting 10 minutes before he could receive a shot to counteract their vaccine. Sadly our dog died in their care after we relied on them to look after him. PLEASE NEVER TAKE YOUR PETS HERE.
Everyone please BEWARE!! I had blood work done at Staley's (Veterinary Medical Clinic on 10th Street) on two pets SIX WEEKS ago. I called them to get the results 2 to 3 times a week for 4 weeks and NEVER got any results, so I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges and now I get an e-mail from Staley's saying they are fighting it?? Why do I have to pay for a service I never got?? They also LOST rabies certificates for two of my dogs!! I am new to this town--does this clinic do this to everyone?? (I did read s... read more
So pleased with our dental today. After going in previously for Rabies I decided to get one of my dogs teeth cleaned here. I expressed my concerns to Dr. Lorie and she assured me they would treat my girl with the best attention. When I picked up our little girl I found out she had needed her anals expressed, nails trimmed and the bad breath was caused by a bad tooth and the fact that fecal matter was on her teeth from cleaning herself back there. I was shocked as she is new to our family and we had no idea. So so glad all th... read more
I took my dog in on a Sunday for stitches, paid the bill, picked up my dog, end of story, right? wrong.... they came back 6 months later and taxed me an additional $109.00 for "Sunday services" and said that their tech made a mistake. I paid the bill, but will not use them again.
