The doctors know what they are doing but have no "bedside manner" Perhaps not all of them but beware the one that doesn't, I won't mention her name. It's a teaching hospital, and I understand that, but they seem to care more about the hows and whys than the animal. And they talk medical lingo instead of language that the layperson/pet owner can understand
