It’s taking me some time to write this first I have to say Shannon and the front office staff are why I stayed the most compassionate out of everyone in the office . I had to put my dog down almost 2 weeks ago to have the encounter with a doctor to tell me I couldn’t go back with my dog screaming at me that if I don’t comply with his orders he couldn’t treat my dog and my mother witnessed it first handed with me that was beyond unprofessional and the worst bedside manner my dog is about to be put down and your more worried o... read more
