I am so thankful to Dr. Rimar and her staff, without her I would have lost my best friend Puck. He is now in recovery from a serious illness and I cannot praise the care, diagnostics and humanity of Dr. Rimar enough! She not only provides the professional expertise needed but also genuinely cares for the well being of my dog, she has gone above and beyond.
Love Dr Rimar. She not only treats your animals but falls in love with them. She becomes part of your family. Treated my Shar Pei for 11 years. Way past the time he should have been gone. Thanks you Dr Rimar for all the extra years with Buffalo.
Dr Rimar is definitely a Vet who does not follow mainstream veterinarian medicine. My dog suffered from allergies. My traditional vet suggested cortisone or prednisone. Dr Rimar does not use these types of medications but rather tries to treat from within. My dog is no longer suffering like she did and I never opted for the cortisone or prednisone....thanks to Dr Rimar! I really like Dr Rimar, her entire staff and their love of animals.
Very fascinating to watch acupunture on a dog. I am here with a pet sitting dog. My clients Mom brings him when there is an issue. Lexus seems quite content with the acupunture. He is sleeping at my feet, calm and relaxed. This experience has definitely peaked my interest on acupunture.
Mary the Greyhound thinks you are amazing (we do too)!
The best vet anywhere in Pinellas County if you are seeking the least invasive, yet effective treatment for whatever ails your pets - also amazing for a moderate approach to vaccines, and general health care maintenance and prevention. I've seen every acupuncturist from Dunedin to St Pete Beach with my dogs, and Dr. Rimar is by far the most knowledgeable and committed to her way of practicing Veterinary Healing Arts. Ah-mazing!
I have been taking my Cairn Terrier McTavish to Dr. Rimar for at least 5 years. I believe my dog would have never lasted this long because of digestive issues. I went from vet to vet with no success. Dr. Rimar took the challenge and saved my little one. I listened and followed all her instructions, so between the two of us we saved McTavish from possibly being put down. I would highly recommend Dr. Rimar to anyone. I like her knowledge of Chinese medicine blended with traditional medicine. Wonderful vet, wonderful person. P.... read more
