Dr.Sheahan and all of her staff are amazing! I brought my cat Niko for some changes in one his eyes. He is typically very shy at that vet, but Dr.Sheahan and her team were so great and patient with him. She did an amazing job of explaining to me what was going on every step of the way, and providing me and my partner with information on how to give my cat meds and things to read and what’s going on with his eye. I highly recommend the friendly, patient, and supportive team of professionals at VEC!
Dr. Sheahan was so wonderful for our dog! She was able to get us in same-day when the ER vet recommended we come to her for some neurological issues that were affecting our dog's eyesight. Our dog is the most anxious dog there is when it comes to the vet and she and her staff were so patient with us and the strange needs of our guy. They were able to get enough tests, even with our dog running away across the room, to help us feel more comfortable and informed about our dog's situation. I showed up a couple minutes late for my appointment due to traffic. When I walked in, I was very apologetic about not making my appointment on time, but the staff assured me that everything was okay and welcomed me in with a smile while completing my check-in.
