10/10 Highly Recommend! or I guess 5/5 stars The day before the 4th of July, my dog's eye became completely shut, red, and swollen. I rushed him to the emergency room in Norman at 6:00 PM on the holiday, and after a four-hour wait, we were finally seen at 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, due to the extreme swelling, the ER staff couldn't give an accurate diagnosis beyond suspected entropion, but they highly recommended the Veterinary Eye Center of Oklahoma. Our Treeing Walker Coonhound kept getting eye ulcers. Dr Studer described in detail the Gunderson Flap procedure where we could understand..the healing process has been a great success. The staff at both locations are the best. It is such a pleasure to know this well qualified group of professionals. I highly recommend the VECO.
After Lily was diagnosed with diabetes last year, she soon lost her eyesight due to severe cataracts. It was heartbreaking to watch our sweet girl struggle.
