The entire staff here is just great! From the moment you walk in until the time you leave, this office is warm and welcoming. Dr. Studer is so thorough and detailed during the exam and explains everything he's looking for and explains results so well. Great office and our experience was wonderful. Thanks again!
It was expensive but I love my dog and he is the best.
When my Pomeranian, Sport, was diagnosed with diabetes in April 2024 he became completely blind within 30 days. I called Dr. Studer’s office in a panic, feeling terrified and helpless. Bex answered the phone with so much kindness and compassion, helped me understand the process of cataract surgery, and immediately got Sport scheduled to see Dr. Studer. We were extremely disappointed with our recent experience. When we went to refill our dog’s crucial eye medication, the refill was denied because we were told they could no longer “fax” the prescription and that doing so was against the law. What was so frustrating is that this is the exact same process that has been used for her refills for the past year, with no issue.
