We recently had to bring our cat in for an emergency visit, and I’m so grateful we chose this clinic. The team was incredible with him, very gentle, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their prices were also much more reasonable than the other emergency vet options in Newmarket, which was such a relief during an already stressful time. Can't even email me back, about my emergency. I tried twice, no respond. And they want me to go there? No thank you, my dog taught me how to bite people's heads off for being apathetic and dismissive.
Never bring your pet here. Our dog had been suffering from vomit and diarrhea for several days and was being treated by our family vet. We had a full set of exams but the one missing was an ultrasound. We came here because this was the only clinic that we could find with ultrasound available on weekends. Rather than helping out with what we needed, they wanted to take our dog for 24hrs and retake all the exams carried out by our family vet plus some more and charge us 5000.
