Sad and Appalling. Sunday night approx 10pm, my sister and I brought in our 3yr old cat for our very first emergency. With any emergency emotions are high so naturally my sister and I were worried for our cat, stressed and felt helpless. We didn’t know what was wrong just that he was refusing food, had anal leakage, and had a fever. Our cat was taken to the back and checked to make sure he was stable enough to wait a bit to be seen and brought back to us. Then we were taken into the room with our cat where we waited. Really appreciate the kindness, patience and support from this clinic. They were thorough and so helpful to determine and support the healing of our 2 year old cat. They took extremely good care of her and it was very clear the vet cared a lot for her and her best interest. They sent her home in a cute little bandana for an added personal touch of sweetness. Thank you again everyone.
Only sees your pet with fee paid up front... nearly $300. Won't let you see the Vet even for reassurance otherwise. Open 24 hours. Good parking.
I had an amazing experience bringing my dog, Wifi, to this emergency clinic for back pain that my regular veterinarian hadn’t been able to diagnose. My baby girl, Chubs, crossed the rainbow bridge here about 3 weeks ago. Although this was the worst day of my family’s lives, the staff here at this vet clinic were respectful, patient, and gentle, which made this “process” easier in a sense. The vet that explained the euthanasia procedure was very kind and professional.
