We had the most horrible experience at this clinic!!!
My dog was very ill and needed a full diagnostic workup between bloodwork and imaging, leading to a major surgery and the discovery of an end stage disease. It was a horrible time for us. Every single one of the VECYR staff were incredibly kind, compassionate, and just all around wonderful. The vets were all outstanding with their communication, we were always looped in on what was happening, and they never did anything without express consent from us. So grateful the attention given to my golden doodle. He was in pain and with the Emergency clinic on a Sunday morning, they diagnosed him, drained his bladder, made suggestions, and provided medication. Within the hour has mostly resumed his normal behaviour. Thank You.
