I am so appreciative of your heartfelt advice, Dr.Ibrahim, during this very stressful period. Monty is doing exceptionally well now and is still on the canned food we selected with you in attendance, but the dry food has been changed to Royal Canin’s 'Hydrolyzed Protein Moderate Calorie', which is not carried by your clinic, apparently. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I contacted the College of Veterinary of Ontario and I’m hoping they stop these crooks. They were the third opinion of three vets and instead of just consulting or referring they confused my brother into having our pet stay there for 2 days and gave him the same meds and same minor procedure he had that same day. I was very disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding my pet, Gizmo’s, condition. Whenever I asked for updates, I was only told he was “resting comfortably,” without any real detail. I later learned that his bloodwork had been done on Saturday, but despite asking multiple times, I wasn’t informed of this until Sunday evening and was told there was no improvement.
