DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. The ONLY thing this clinic cares about is money. There is next to no compassion or care towards the families from the veterinarians. Their main tactic is to confuse and fear monger as an attempt to line their pockets. This is not a reflection towards the vet techs as there are many caring vet techs here. Wouldn’t bring any pet here. Staff seem uneducated or just don’t actually care about patients or clients. Terrible feeling, wouldn’t trust them with a fly

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I do not think they care about the animals, they only care about getting money. After paying for the emergency exam, they over recommended when it came to diagnostics up front and presented an unaffordable quote (the recommended tests would be ideal for a complete picture but not necessarily the only route to getting the answers). The complete blood test alone was 3 times the amount I paid at another vet the next day (which was a Sunday and also under emergency rates). When I asked... read more

I cannot say enough good things about the clinic. Not only is it a very advanced facility, but more importantly the doctors and staff are knowledgable and thorough. I brought my German Shepard in who appeared to be in pain when eliminating. The doctor was able to diagnose the issue, throughly explain what it was and gave me several treatment options. Sad and Appalling. Sunday night approx 10pm, my sister and I brought in our 3yr old cat for our very first emergency. With any emergency emotions are high so naturally my sister and I were worried for our cat, stressed and felt helpless. We didn’t know what was wrong just that he was refusing food, had anal leakage, and had a fever. Our cat was taken to the back and checked to make sure he was stable enough to wait a bit to be seen and brought back to us. Then we were taken into the room with our cat where we waited.
