I am r. really impressed with the service at Veterinary Emergency, Urgent Care. Dr. Malik and his amazing team are very professional from the first second till the second that I picked my dog and after we went home. They take care of my dog while it was a hard case and they explain exactly what she suffer from and gave me the right treatment and even after we left the hospital they keep calling to follow up and make sure that everything is fine. Good Job guys
We took our dog there because of his diarrhea, they gave 5 medicines for him. I would like to warn you about their medicine pricing. They charge $329 + tax for 5 medicines Next day I figured out that every medication they charged triple of their market price. It is not ethical. For example 14 Tylosin 200mg they charged $37.50 market price $10.50 each capsule $0.75cad, 10 Apo Metronize 250mg they charged $37.50 market price $11.70 10 Omeprazole 20 Omeprazole 20mg they charged $43.90 market price for 14 capsules $12.28 These e... read more
Freeway was a very sick 2 1\2 year old multipoo. With anemia and pancreas but thanks to Journey's end and all the Doctors and Staff they were very friendly and caring to both freeway and myself. Treating us like friend and family at this location in Newmarket, ontario. I am very pleased with how far he has come and constant care he has recieved time and time again over the last 4 1/2 months. My 13 yro dog needed immediate attention due to gastroenteritis. He received the best care, which gave me a feeling of relief. The staff were very informative and advised me that I could contact them anytime if needed. They also followed up with me once he was discharged which I appreciated very much. Even though it was a scary situation for me I new he was in good hands. I would definitely recommend them.
