Have been here twice, always professional and compassionate
Well glad I called first. After initially being told that they would see my sister‘s dog. After answering what someone would assume was qualifying questions. They then told us that they would not be able to see the dog.
I wish I could give negative stars. By far the absolute WORST vet I've ever taken my animal to. We drove over 2 hours, got confirmation that our dog was bleeding internally and they refused to save him solely because their CareCredit services were down, and my family didn't have 10 grand cash to hand over. Instead they let him bleed internally for 3.5 HOURS before deciding they wouldn't do anything anyways. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. Went in with our family cat that was not able to walk and throwing up. They were able to see him early in the morning before his vet opened. Very friendly staff and very helpful and explained to me what was going on to reassure me he is ok. Thank you ladies!
