We unfortunately had to take our cat to the ER to be put down, but the team at Veterinary Emergency Group was such a blessing. They triaged our cat quickly, could tell that she wasn't doing well, and got a doc over to see her quickly. Dr Reed took the time to examine our cat and gave us all the options for her care. Our dog Burger had to visit VEG Anaheim Hills multiple times recently due to pancreatitis, and the entire team there has been nothing short of amazing. Got my bird in for being eggbound. She was seen and assessed fairly quickly, staff was extremely kind and understanding. About $2k for 48h of o2, several xrays, ultrasound, and many injections. Did not feel nickel and dimed at all. Room was comfortable.
My sweet Petunia came in as a urgent care visit tonight and I was blown away by the kindness of the staff. They were efficient as well as caring. My pet loved meeting the staff while getting the best care imaginable. If you need anything urgent or emergency visit take your baby here. You will not be disappointed. We have to take our beloved French Bulldog, Quinn at 1 am. Dr Yang is upfront and honest with my French bulldog’s situation, and not give us false hope. He is very composed even under pressure. Staff are professional. We have to unfortunately put my baby to sleep but at least he didn’t suffer longer and have to do unnecessary procedures on him.
