The staff is incredibly compassionate. I felt informed of every step along the way. I appreciated being able to stay with my pet at all times.
When I say this places has the most compassionate, kind hearted veterinarians I have ever met in my life, it would be an understatement. The second I stepped foot into this facility I was greeted immediately and taken right in with open arms to figure out what was going on with my bunny sushi. They broke everything down for me and kept me, my family, and my wallet in mind through every step. I am so grateful that there are still people and places like this in a cold, heavy world. I had made the toughest decision of my life to euthanize my soul mate almost 15 yr old doggie. I was welcomed at the door and talked to a very special, private dimly lit room. It had candles and a jar of Hershey kisses for the little ones. The nurse, Holly, couldn't have been nicer and more understanding. Making us comfortable was her goal. She totally accomplished that. The doctor and staff here were amazing, very knowledgeable and skilled and took great care of my dog. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes for a minor emergency. Highly recommend them.
This place was awesome. As a guinea pig owner, one of the toughest things is finding qualified vets that can take care of exotic animals and it can be even harder when you run into an emergency when your primary vet is closed. My guinea pig is 6 years old, almost 7, and he’s my whole world so taking him to a vet I don’t know can be scary.
