Didn’t even wrap my dog wound. They cleaned it and prescribed medication. I would assume they would have at least wrapped it considering the laceration was deep. Won’t be returning.

I had to take my kitty in for urgent care. I called ahead and when I walked in they were expecting us and were ready with the vet and a team of nurses immediately to help her. The open concept of this clinic is amazing because you never have to leave your pet in the back room and wait in the waiting room. While she was in the oxygen chamber, they placed a chair right next to it so I was with my cat at all times. She needed x-rays and the results were on the vets computer five minutes later. There was also a consulting radiol... read more

My precious 19 year old fur baby was coming to the end of her journey with us. We had been taking care of her around the clock and knew that her time had come when she stopped eating. We planned on taking her to our regular vet the next day to say good bye, but she started panting hard and whining. 24 hours ago I walked into their lobby. Prior to that, just before midnight, I brought my little buddy, Gordon, to a 24 hour vet near me. They wanted to take him to another room to check temp, heart, pulse, etc. animals are crying and whining from the back area. I’m ready to let go for his sake, he’s 20 years old and in advanced stages of kidney disease, but I didn’t want to hand him over - it didn’t feel right. His regular vet always does that stuff with him in the room and I didn’t feel comfortable letting him out of my si... read more

We sincerely thank all the staff members who helped and took care of our dog, and also signed the lovely card. My wife and I were overseas at that time. Kids of our friends who took care of our dog brought her to VEG when she got really sick. The vets were always in touch with me and gave me updates about her. Unfortunately she was in the end stage of her kidney disease and couldn't be saved anymore . However the staff members were vey attentive and supportive. Our daughters finally flew into SoCal just in time to bid farewe... read more
