ER Doctor Nicole Thomas is a godsend. She and her team calmly assessed out pet cat who happened to have a urinary problem. VEG is the nicest community of people i’ve seen for a while. We were in a bit of a financial situation and Dr Thomas cleared our bill that had a few charges of medicine and such. She assisted us with several aids for our budget. In the end she recommended us a more budget friendly clinic. She even made sure they would take us by giving them a phone call and sending the medical records they just wrote up ... read more

I can’t say enough good things about VEG ER and their incredible team. From the moment we walked in, they treated our dog with compassion, urgency, and expert care. The staff was not only knowledgeable but also kind and reassuring, keeping me informed every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make sure my pup was comfortable and well taken care of. It’s never easy dealing with an emergency, but knowing there’s a place like VEG ER that truly cares makes all the difference. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of... read more

I have a human selective dog that can be a challenge to treat. Everyone was courteous and understanding. It's difficult to find vets that will treat a human selective dog like a Rottweiler.

To all that were there to take care of my Nyx bunny boy - thank you kind people. I actually really enjoyed the open floor plan approach to being able to be near my Nyx during this difficult process. I had to to back to the room once as it was so hard to see him sedated, but VEG was able to get imaging and blood work on him, and keep him cozy and warm. There are private rooms you can wait in prior to signing off what you want for VEG to do for your animal, which is great because well, some of us are at our worst when somethin... read more

I brought my dog here for GI sxs and everyone we encountered was wonderful. We were acknowledged immediately and they provided open communication to ensure pet owners feel involved throughout the whole process. Our tech was Lauren and she was very patient and friendly. Everyone here made sure my pup was comfortable and displayed concern for his symptoms. I highly recommend coming here if you are seeking emergency care for your pet!
