Kat and Dr. Valentine were absolutely amazing with my kitty! They saw him immediately and were able to rule out any serious conditions within minutes of walking in. They helped me and my family member feel comfortable every step of the way, as well as my cat! They both explained everything clearly and in a way I could understand. Hopefully I don’t need to see them again, but if I do, I know my little feline friend will be in good hands.
Absolutely best care I could’ve hoped for especially at 1 in the morning. Had to put my 14 year old dog down tonight and couldn’t wait until morning. They were a blessing for him
I cannot say enough great things about my experience at VEG!! Everyone was so kind and it was a first time experience to see the procedures done in the open. Everything was explained and you could tell the entire staff really cares, absolutely recommend.
I left Tanasbourne Vet Hospital because of a long wait and no eye contact given at arrival nor customer care while waiting. I came to VEG in hopes to get better and I did! My dog had his first abscessed anal gland which he opened a day earlier then our scheduled vet visit to care for it. I was shocked on arrival because I didn't know the open concept. I had the best experience. Everyone there is very kind they work well together, they made sure that not only Ada was comfortable, but that I was too. I felt important and felt like me and my dog mattered. A++++++
