Great experience! Took my Tucker in because of being attacked by a bigger dog. Started treating him right away. Very caring and kind staff. Would recommend them to everyone!
Open concept care facility was not what I was expecting, but it turned out to be totally fine. Dr. Valentine and her team were great. We had to sit in the cat room for a little bit while our guys medicine was prepped, and the vet Tech who cared for the kitty staying in the hospital treated her with dignity and excellent care. When we received our bill, it was significantly less than we expected for a 24/7 emergency facility. Easy 5 stars. We would return if another emergency were to occur.
I hope we never have to see another emergency room, but if we do we will be back. We needed to bring our cat here for possible ibuprofen ingestion and the team coordinated with poison control to treat her. The team goes above and beyond to keep pets comfortable, including feeding them treats, giving them love, and even putting tablets playing music or white noise machines so they can sleep in the kennels. We were 100% confident in the team that helped us get through a very stressful few days.
