What a lucky find! Took my dog in for a second opinion on a major issue, and ended up getting surgery for it. When you call, a person actually answers, and you can talk to a doctor! The exam rooms are in the open and you stay with your pet the whole time. All of the staff are very caring and helpful. I felt confident with the treatment plan, and have been so happy with the follow up and communication. I had a horrible experience in the past with a pet ER before, but this place was so refreshing. Don't hesitate to take your p... read more

this place far exceeded my expectations. Upon 30 seconds of arrival my kitty was being taken care of and not only that, but I felt like I was included in every step of the way. You guys work hard ... read more

My cat had a severe blockage in his urethra, but Dr. Rusch, along with technicians Alex and Michael, didn’t give up. They worked diligently until they were a... read more

We had a great experience at VEG in Flower Mound with our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. We were able to stay with him all during his exam and procedure. We brought his most current vet records with us which helps in an emergency situation since they don't have access to our records. The tech who performed the procedure was very gentle and thorough!

The staff, nurses, and doctor were so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! They were so accommodating and made us feel so comfortable. The facility was amazing. Open concept and relaxing. Clean and well equipped and staffed. The doctor and staff kept checking on and keeping us informed. Explaining every thing along the way.
