I have two little eight pound dogs that mean the world to me. I thought that one of them had consumed some antifreeze on the garage floor from a vehicle that I'm working on. I didn't see it happen, but I was suspect and wasn't willing to just assume that he hadn't. This emergency room is the worst place I could have gone to hands down. I will never return nor will I suggest this Flower Mound, TX location to anyone. My 19 yo BLIND cat was needing to be euthanized on a Saturday afternoon & the tech heard me tell my sister that she just bit my hand (only due to her pain) b/c the tech was opening the door as I was carrying her inside. I had a great experience at VEG Flower Mound with my 12-year-old dog, Rylee. She needed a full workup including bloodwork and an ultrasound, and the team took such great care of her. One thing I really appreciated was being able to stay with her the entire time—it made a stressful situation so much easier. We received her results quickly, and everything was explained clearly. I wanna start off by saying that this is such an amazing office. If for some reason your animal needs emergency attention I cannot stress how good this office is the moment you walked through the door. The staff is treating you with such care and kindness. They work with you and go through financing options. I had to bring my baby girl princess in, and I could not have trusted her in better hands, thank you everyone at the office for taking care of me and my baby.
