My first time here. I was really impressed with the open care area concept. The staff was amazing-from drawing blood to just providing a blanket and pillow on a couch for my pup! Dr. Whitwell was so great. It was quick and thorough. They were upfront with pricing and no hidden fees anywhere. I will definitely have no hesitation to bring my dogs here again if needed. I highly recommend.
I made my first trip to VEG with my very old cat. They checked her right away and were so gentle with her. The staff, Dr. Emily and JP, took time to answer all my questions and helped me decide on a plan of care. The open concept treatment area is a first for me. I think it can help owners feel more comfortable seeing the care that their pets are receiving.
