I took my pittbull here for an emergency after his regular vet could not squeeze him in.I had an amazing experience here. Dr . Kathryn and the nurses were all so patient with my reactive dog , they took the time to make him feel comfortable and me . If they did regular vet visits I would make them my primary dogs care. In case of another emergency this will be my go to.
The staff were all accommodating and friendly. Jagger made a lot of new friends!
This emergency vet was wonderful. From my first frantic phone call, they made me feel comfortable and were kind and empathetic. Unfortunately, we couldn’t save my cat but it wasn’t for a lack of trying on their part. They did everything they could, took care of her and put her to rest kindly and humanely. They gave me all of my options, never made me feel pressured or rushed and were very emphatic to my situation. I appreciated them immensely during that very difficult time. I’d highly recommend this 24/7 pet ER.
The absolute BEST BEST experience. Incredible team of doctors and nurses. Patient, kind, positive, fun and extremely knowledgeable. We’ve been twice in less than a month and each time had been perfection. Dr. Hahn is INCREDIBLE!
I have unfortunately been here multiple times with all three of my dogs. The staff here is unmatched. They immediately swoop in to take care of my babies and make me feel so comfortable. Everyone is knowledgable and understanding. They are all the most amazing animal lovers. It is the best feeling that I never have to be separated from them and they always offer me to stay overnight if I need.
