I recently went to VEG San Jose because my kitten swallowed a long piece of yarn. I would like to recognize every staff member because everyone paid close attention and assured me that my kitten was in good hands. Especially Dr. Patrick, and all staff were extremely supportive, knowledgeable, and kind. Long overdue bad review after they misdiagnosed my cat. Pros: -Vet techs are very friendly and empathetic. -They allow you to be there for your pet and watch everything that was going on, which I guess is why there’s so many good reviews. -You get the results fast and there’s not much wait. They can also refer you to other vet and referral makes the wait time shorter Cons: Dr.Li misdiagnosed my cat and put her under unnecessary sedation and traumatic procedures for more than 2 hours.
