This was our second visit to VEG and once again we were very pleased with the experience. You get immediate attention and then you’re allowed to stay with your pet during the entire process, which is very important for both the pet and the owner. It helps with the anxiety on both ends and you feel more in the loop versus going into a standard emergency room, where you hand off your pet, they disappear behind a door and usually when they come out from behind the door, they are a stressed out mess.
