I would give them 10 stars if I could. I’ve been there four times and had a very good experience every time, even though completely different staff at each visit. They are very attentive to the pets and their owners and go out of their way to give comfort to everyone. You stay with your pet the entire time and are involved in the whole process instead of being put in a room while they whisk your pet away into the back somewhere where you can’t see what’s going on. I’ve been here twice for my kitty and both times the staff were very welcoming and friendly, the doctors, nurses everyone. you can tell they really care about pets instead of money. they listen to your concerns, they give great advice when it comes to your animals. they have empathy for people & your animals. i’ve recommended this ER to people in my fb groups. not only that if you have questions about your animals and concerns for them over the phone they’ll get you to a vet right away & they’ll help you as best as they can.... read more

We all know vet stuff is expensive and stressful but V.E.G. makes it a semi-decent experience. They immediately jump to help solve the issue, keep you informed for every step, work with you if you have financial issues, and have the most friendly staff I’ve ever seen. Thank you for making our nightmare bearable.

The compassion, professionalism and care the team offered from the second we called for a medical emergency to the moment we walked out the door about an hour later was top notch. Every single staff member was amazing. We are so extremely grateful.
