My little Kiki and I came in today because he had blood in his stool and was throwing up blood as well. It was recommended by a wonderful friend who took her baby here when she was extremely ill as well. I am so impressed with the facility! My experience was extremely positive with VEG and its staff. We had to bring our cat in because he has not eaten in 3 days. They examined the cat immediately upon arrival, and before we were charged anything the staff broke down the expenses for us and only after we agreed to pay this amount they proceeded with the tests. To me it looked like the staff cares deeply about the arriving pets, unlike other hospitals they let you stay with your pet during the procedures. Everything is very transparent and efficient. VEG is a wonderful place to take your pet for emergency care!! Staff are very knowledgeable, responsive and caring from the minute you walk in the door. Dr Hagan is an excellent veterinarian.
VEG save my Great Dane’s life! She was bitten by a western diamondback rattlesnake about 1 inch below her right eye. VEG Gave her better care and treatment than I have received in hospitals myself. Dr. Conn Was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Without her guidance, I know my Izzy would no longer be here.
