Had an unexpected emergency for our fur baby and this team was just incredible. Upon time of arrival and through our departure, they were so friendly and nurturing, truly treating our baby as if he was their own. Unfortunately our baby had eaten something he shouldn't have. They walked us through all of the options and even offered references to other vets if we weren't ready to make hard decisions the night of. Nobody wants to have to visit the pet ER, but if you have to, VEG is absolutely the best option. We felt very well taken care of, and every step of the process was fully & clearly explained to us. I really appreciated how transparent they were about the cost of different treatment/diagnostic options.

VEG Marietta was my first experience at an animal ER. Every single person we came in contact with was exceptional. They showed kindness, patience, understanding and empathy towards me and my family. Our little kitten wasn’t strong enough to make it, and they made that process as painless as it could have possibly been. They even mailed us a handwritten sympathy card once we had gotten her remains. I am blown away by their level of care.
