Get directionsDr. Lowe and her staff were excellent. They were so kind and caring with my MinPin, Ellie. She had a very painful impacted anal gland. The staff kept me involved/informed through the whole treatment process. I was allowed to stay with her the entire time. They had to sedate her, lance and drain the gland and everything went smoothly. We discussed her home care and they made sure I knew exactly what to do and when to give her meds. She is recovering nicely and the place they had to lance is healing great.
In the middle of the night my two cats, Coconut and Cashew, became progressively worse and we took them in at about 2:30am. The staff was INCREDIBLE. I would rate 100 stars if I could. We had to put down my baby last month and the staff’s kindness was nothing short of amazing. When I received the bag of her ashes all I expected was the ashes. When I opened it up I saw they had made a clay mold of her paw print, ink prints of her paw and nose, and a card signed by all of the staff. I cried like a baby. I was blown away and did not expect them to go so over and beyond.
As someone who used to work in the vet field, this was genuinely the best vet experience I've ever had. It was pricey but still cheaper than the others in the area. Loved the lgbtq sign on the front door, it made me feel accepted from the very beginning.
