Every single staff member there was amazing! They were quick to respond to my call and get us in for treatment, despite being such a busy night. They also went above and beyond to help my dog feel comfortable, considering she’s a grump and doesn’t like other dogs. I was provided with a rough estimate before care, and everyone I interacted with helped talk me through the treatment plan. Overall a great experience, and I’d definitely trust them with my babies in an emergency!
Easy, quick, and helpful!
We brought Marley to the VEG around 11:30 at night. In the 14 years we have had with our wonderful dog, who had never complained about anything, she was yelping in pain. Everyone and I mean everyone was so caring, concerned and, professional not only about Marley but, about us as well. my Wife and I were desperately searching for a Vet to put down our 14 yr, old Sofie, she had developed a life ending infection as a complication of another illness. Its the Labor day weekend, we were willing to drive to Farmersville or Argyle (we live in North Dallas). SPCA suggested we call VEG as they were unable to help. What a blessing!
