We were on our way to VEG when our dog passed away. When we arrived, the staff could not have been kinder or more caring. They so very gently moved our dog from our vehicle to inside and to a private room where I could be with him one last time. A few days later we received a sympathy card with sweet notes from the whole staff. So very glad our regular vet refers to VEG when they are not available. Thanks to everyone there for supporting us at such a hard time.
Dr Howard and the entire VEG team were so sweet and accommodating. They all made sure my pup was comfortable and cared for while also including my 10 year old daughter during her treatment upon hearing she wants to be a vet. Everyone was absolutely amazing and we truly appreciate the love and care that was given to our sweet dog.
I have to say how FANTASTIC this place is! Everyone was so kind, loving to my boy and were quick to treat! The place is clean, welcoming and the staff is friendly. I appreciate all the love and care they gave to my precious boy Apollo! Dr. Howard and Miss Ginny were the greatest! Highly recommend this facility for your fur baby in an emergency situation. Late on Sept. 8 I had to take my elderly dog to VEG in Alpharetta. Upon our arrival we were seen immediately and Dr. Lowe began her examination of my dog. The care given to my dog by Dr. Lowe and nurse Jacy was exceptional. The compassion they showed towards both my dog and me was much needed and greatly appreciated. After their thorough examination and testing, it was determined that my dog was in her last stages of life.
