Great staff and doctors. Happy with our experience.
I want to start by saying my only other experience with an emergency vet was truly horrible. The staff were rude and cold, and it felt like all they cared about was money. They made sure I could pay before helping my animal, and because of the delay in starting treatment, he passed away in the back. To make it even more painful, they then expected me to pay just to receive his remains. It was an incredibly traumatic experience that left me terrified to ever go through something like that again. Amazing service from this vet team, make you feel very comfortable in the most hectic time with your pet, everyone was on hand when I brought my dog in, he usually hates the vet and was very cooperative with this team! Would trust this team any day!
Truly amazing place! I was allowed to stay with my pet, Jarvis, through his whole visit. They took the time to explain everything and answer any questions. They put me at ease and I think they put Jarvis at ease too! I would highly recommend this ER to everyone! They truly care about you and your pet! Thank you Dr Howard & your amazing staff!
