Thanks for not even looking at my poor baby! You only gave a shot and did absolutely nothing and made us wait for over 4 hours. We definitely will be getting our 190 dollars back. You did absolutely nothing I refuse to have to give hard earned money to 0 care. And u proceeded to give the same exact diagnosis that you all gave the to the dog next to us and didn’t even check mine out. How pathetic.

If you are needing an ER vet for your pet, this is the place to go. Everyone at VEG was absolutely amazing. We were greeted by the sweetest front desk staff that got us checked in the min. we walked through the door. We were taken back to a space where my dog felt the most comfortable. I was offered snacks and water, and the nurses/vet techs were all so caring. Dr. Kate Garner was very knowledgeable, very kind, and so gentle with my dog that was in a lot of pain. Not the way we wanted to spend Sunday morning, but Erika and the staff were wonderful. The doctors, office staff and techs were patient and friendly and our pup was provided excellent care. Thank you!
