I am absolutely disgusted and heartbroken by what I recently learned about this veterinary emergency hospital. A cat I personally raised and placed with a friend was brought to this facility THREE separate times for urinary blockages. Each time, his owner paid to have him unblocked, only for the same life-threatening condition to return. They have no problem collecting nearly $2K from you but when you inform them that their patient passed after treatment they can't bother to respond to an email. Shows where their priorities lie.

Staff is friendly but definitely not in any rush to care for your pets. Sat there for 2 hours - 1 hour just waiting on an estimate! Another 30 minutes waiting for something I could have just easily bought online or at my regular vet but thought it would be easier since I was here. Big mistake. My pet has not been able to go to the bathroom for almost 3 hours because of the lack of urgency of the staff. If it’s not an emergency, then this place is fine.

Very kind and helpful staff. My dog was hospitalized here and they explained every step of his care plan and made sure he was as comfortable as possible. Even with more serious cases that the staff had to attend to, my dog was regularly checked on and I was always updated.
