We have a new puppy and she was vomiting over several hours. We called and spoke to the Dr and decided we should take her in to make sure it was not something serious. Everyone was wonderful and very caring with Lily. I highly recommend them. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful experience during a difficult time.

I just spoke to one of the kindest human beings I’ve encountered in a very long time. At 3:15 in the morning I called terrified about my little dog Coco’s eye infection. Like any anxious pet parent, my mind was spiraling into worst-case scenarios (infection spreading to her brain) and I was scared I’d wake up and regret not rushing to the ER. Amazing staff! My dog received care very quickly and I was informed of everything along the way. They let me be with my pup at all times, which was very comforting. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

The staff the morning of 5/14 was absolutely amazing! I wish I had gotten everyone’s names so I could personally recognize them. From the moment I called that morning, the staff was incredibly patient and kind while answering all of my questions and concerns. When we arrived at 9 AM, the entire team was quick, attentive, and compassionate. My super senior terrier, Lola (16 years old!), had her very first tick, and I needed help removing it. We visited V.E.G Thursday night and saw Dr. Jachec. Our dog received such wonderful care. All of the tests were explained clearly in a way we could understand and the staff made us feel comfortable. Yes, ER is expensive anywhere but we never felt pressured to pay or make financial decisions for our dog. I feel we got the care we paid for by Dr. Jachec and her staff. Thank you V.E.G!
