Best experience!! Very clean, love the open concept and how involved they let you be with your pet. They are all amazing and caring. all took care of my boy and he is doing so much better eating playing he is very happy.
Had to rush in my dove who seemed to be on the verge of death on Friday and was seen immediately. Very kind and compassionate staff who put me at ease during a stressful time. Despite not being an avian specialist facility they did everything in their power and my dove has improved immensely under their care. Today he is cooing, dancing, and seems to be back to his old self. I am so grateful I got more time with my love dove after thinking I would have to euthanize. I have experienced a complicated trauma injury for my Mexico Born dog Cozzi. We have had two surgeries and 10-12 follow up visits. My Opinion; You will pay for their expertise, but in my eyes you can’t place a price on the care we received. It is quite an experience when you are able to participate and monitor/help your pet when they’re injured…. We came here during one of the worst nights of our lives. One of our pet rats had late stage kidney failure and deteriorated rapidly. Our regular emergency vet was closed. VEG took such good care of us. Our comfort and that of our baby girl were the most important thing from the moment we walked in the door. I called ahead of time and they walked me through the euthanasia process and made sure I knew that I could be with Snowy every step of the way. I am so happy with VEG Naperville. The vet has helped me on the phone without a visit and when I did bring my girl in at 2am, they treated her great and got her better in no time. The price was reasonable. I hope 🤞 don’t need to, but I would go back in a heartbeat.
