I’ve had to be there twice in the last 6 months! Once with my bunny with gi and dr sweetwood was so kind and helped me with him! Then this Tuesday around 9:30 I had to rush my dog as she got her tail slammed in the door! Dr Cass and the staff were so beyond kind and helpful as I was very scared! They stitched her up and she’s fine! They told me everything they were doing with her and I really appreciated that! So to all the staff who was there 6/16/26 from the bottom of my heart, thank you!
Highly recommend. Greeted immediately with a doctor 3 steps into the building. Got to be there for every step of the way and procedure they preformed. Kept us up to date when we were not there. Top notch staff!!!!
People were nice but I spent $210 for an exam and left with no information at all no medicine and no paperwork about what they seen or suggest just an estimate for $1,600 for test they want to try
Dr. Palmer was very rude and unprofessional. He needs to find a new job. Save yourself the headache.
DR PALMER will roll her eyes at you look side to side and scratch her neck when you decline all her services she recommends bc she doesn’t care about your pet she only cares about giving you the bill and you paying it!! Do not let DR PALMER treat your pets she’s rude and unprofessional
