The staff was very friendly, understanding, helpful, and caring. My dog and I were both very nervous and they were very patient and reassuring through the entire process. They also made clear upfront what the estimated cost would be and potential situations that could affect that which was helpful so I didn’t have to worry about astronomical prices while I was already worried about my fur baby. A great emergency vet, the people were wonderful and they cared for my cat like she was their own. Which I'd like to say thank you for, it made the experience that much better. The office was clean and well run, we got into an exam room quickly and got to see the vet quickly as well. The only downside was the wait ( which is expected since it's an emergency vet) but also the prices. I knew it was going to be expensive but not 900$ expensive to be seen, have some blood drawn, and go home with meds...not even an X-ray. The pla... read more
My first time bringing my pet here to this location and I had a great experience. The staff here were all very attentive, caring and great people who love animals so your pets are in great hands here! Dr. Ganesh took great care of my dog, was informative and more importantly my dog is much more lively and happy!
My pet was given the best level of care. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, caring and efficient. I was very impressed and wholeheartedly recommend them.
