Staff is very nice but please take your pet somewhere else if you want the correct diagnosis. I was told my dog had 2 different bone diseases and that the medicine they gave him wasn’t making him worse (it made him 100x worse). $1100 later and I couldn’t get a straight answer about anything that was wrong with my dog. He went to his normal vet today and all he had was a bladder infection. None of their diagnoses were correct.
I can not say enough good things about our experience with Veterinary Emergency Group. From the moment we walked in, until we took our dog home, everyone was amazing! You are allowed to stay with your pet as long as you wish - you can even spend the night if you want to. They have a private room, shower, toiletries. I did not do that, but how wonderful if you want to! We visited on July 4th (holiday) . Starting from the reception team to the Nurse and Doctor were amazing. They made my puppy feel at ease and were very lovable towards her. It was one of the best ER visits I would say we ever had. Thanks to the doctor and her amazing team. To work on a July 4th holiday to make our lives better !!
