I took my dog into this location during emergency hours last night for what turned out to be an ear infection. Dr. Susan Jones and her team were incredibly kind and reassuring, and had me out with what we needed in less than an hour. Absolutely recommend this team and this location if you ever need a emergency vet.
Ok, after seeing all the reviews I thought my experience here would be good given that my lab was not keeping well. I had the worst experience. Started off well with a relatively quick triage by a doctor. After which it went all downhill. I went there with a specific problem. I was first sent an invoice for $1500 that included x-ray, blood test, electrolyte test and more. Even after I had told them a blood test was recently done and it looked fine. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Best experience I have ever had at an emergency veterinary clinic! Dr. Shruthi Ganesh was unbelievably knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, and patient. She truly cared about my dog during an emergent episode. Her staff was just as amazing. They took the time to explain every step and make sure my dog was taken care of. They truly cared. I can’t thank you guys enough for being there for us in a time of need. You guys are angels! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
We would highly recommend this veterinary clinic. The entire staff was kind and knowledgeable. You can tell they really care! We were seen promptly and all of our questions were answered. It’s nice to know we have a clinic so close if needed.
