We unfortunately had to bring our family dog Bo in for end of life care. We didn’t know what the plan was going to be but the staff was so kind, so helpful and helped us immediately when we arrived with our almost 14-year-old boy. We had talked to the vet for vet over the phone ahead of bringing him in and we checked in so they were ready for us. Not happy with this "ER". Dr. Palmer was not helpful at all. This place over charges! Took my pet elsewhere and proper treatment was provided and doctor knew what he was doing.

The people at veg ER for pets took care of my dog when I brought her in having something stuck in her tooth. They were kind, caring,and explained everything. They honestly were the best. I highly recommend them.

Unable to diagnose, but definitely the place knows how to collect money. Can I be reimbursed for their lack of knowledge and service? Went there on 10/9/26 for a lab with vomiting and diarrhea. X-rays, IV, and meds. Diagnosis unknown and sent home $1200. Returned 10/10/26, diarrhea and lack of interest for food or water. Blood test, more meds and IV, diagnosis unknown $850. Returned 10/11/26 for IV, scan of abdominal and more meds $595..took Una to my vet yesterday. He never received any forwards information or results from ... read more
