I brought my cat in late last night and received the best care at Veterinary Emergency Group. They brought us back for triage immediately, and thankfully she was stable, so the urgent cases were taken care of first (as they should be!). While we waited, they brought us somewhere more quiet since a barking dog was stressing my baby out. People were constantly checking on us to make sure we didn't need anything, and they even had a nice little area with comfort foods, a coffee maker, tea etc. while you wait. We brought our dog to VEG for eating a few grapes and immediately upon our arrival we were brought in for our dog’s treatment. The entire staff at VEG is absolutely remarkable!! I am very glad to know that they are around for any further issues. The care is outstanding!!!
Update: The team at VEG reached out to review the care that was provided. They listened with empathy and genuinely cared for feedback to improve the situation for our pet and for others.
