Upon arriving you are instantly greeted and brought to one of many work stations they have in a large open room and offered coffee-Initially this strikes you as a huge positive as likely you expect a wait before you get anywhere. This is part of the business model but is genuine. Bottom line is the quality of care and attention from the doctor and the techs is very good so if that it’s all that matters stop reading. This ER is open concept; the floor is open for you to be surrounded by other patients being seen and employees working around the clock next to you. I found it very comforting to know there was no hiding what was going on behind closed doors. Also, the Veterinarian team that we met with was INCREDIBLY compassionate and very honest.
