Incredibly caring and thoughtful. They know pet parents are having a hard time and they go out of their way to make sure we’re informed and as comfortable as possible. They also had incredible patience for my extremely anxious dog. They don’t need to go this far above and beyond the standard, but they do.
I brought my 9-year-old dog to VEG after noticing some rapid and concerning changes. They got us in immediately, helped us bring her in from the car, and quickly began evaluating her. Within minutes she had an ultrasound and the doctor was already talking me through possible options. What ended up being the worst day of my life happened there, but I’m incredibly grateful we were at VEG. We saw Dr. Alex, who was absolutely amazing. It is rare to find a veterinarian who balances high-level expertise with such genuine care and compassion. He took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring we felt supported and informed throughout the process. You can tell he truly loves what he does and cares deeply for his patients. 10/10!
After making The drive from Modesto To VEG because our kitten Kiwi Ingested lily pollen. We were greeted by the friendliest staff and immediately brought to a room. We were immediately assessed The team kept us completely updated And explained everything to us! not only that but they treated kiwi where she was comfortable in the room and this especially showed they genuinely care for your babies!
