have had very positive experiences with this ER vet. all staff members were helpful and informative and we were seen in a timely manner. I appreciated getting to stay with my pet during her care. they were also very accommodating for my dog’s reactivity and anxiety.
Dr. Gascoyne and Kadie (my RN) were phenomenal!! They explained everything about what they suspected, the procedure, and let me be by my dog Trex’s side throughout the whole process! I love the open concept work environment. Everyone is compassionate and I highly recommend this facility if you have a sick pet. Look at the size of this hidden foxtail that they removed from his paw!
