Bless these people!!! I was seen by Dr.Kumar and two nurses I wish I caught the name of. They were extremely patient with me and my husband, even though we were probably a bit annoying lol. We had tons of questions, Dr.Kumar was extremely attentive and gave us real, detailed, professional answers that didnt beat around the bush like many other medical experts. What an incredible team! Extremely caring in the time of crisis. I witnesses the doctors and techs tending to multiple cases, in addition to mine, with such compassion and care.
Had a great experience with VEG. Took my bearded dragon in for a prolapse and even on the phone when I called I was able to speak to a doctor which was awesome. They told me to bring him in, they took us right back when we got there. The open concept is awesome to see. The tech and doctor were fantastic and were great as we went through a tough time. They were compassionate and caring and could tell they really cared about you. Will definitely be going straight to them for any more animal emergencies!!
They were so sweet to my little old lady, Lily, and explained everything about the plan of care in a way that was easy to understand.
