I had to make an unexpected late-night trip to the ER with my puppy, Pickles, and I can’t say enough good things about the team. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain everything, kept me informed throughout the night. VEG Charlotte will absolutely be my first choice if we ever need emergency veterinary care again.
