We had to bring both of our cats into the ER for a potential exposure issue and the staff could not have been better. They triaged us immediately, allowed us to go back into the room with our boys, and had multiple people assessing them within 10 minutes of walking through the door. Thought i should give them a chance since they are at the reptile expos. But i will not. My crested gecko was bitten by my cat after getting loose from me. Experienced enough head trauma there was blood filling his eye. There were people who came in after and were seen before me. Puppy’s looked fine. Unfortunately they needed 7 people on one animal because it was not doing well at all. Which my prayers go out to that family. I came in crying. Lovely staff, took my dog for an emergency and they made him and my family feel safe and secure, definitely coming back if I have an emergency (hope I don’t have an emergency) loved the place. Ps. Doctor Blair Keffer is the best:)
