I’ve been taking my guinea pig here for a while maybe over a year at this point for emergencies and concerns. They are the absolute best! As someone who’s worked in the vet industry myself the love care compassion and attentiveness towards my baby has been the best treatment you can get and I truly trust them with my animals. mike and laura were more than nice with my guinea pig and so patient with my shy furry friend, making sure her and I felt comfortable and having everyone sit on the floor so she wasn’t sitting on a cold table. She was back to normal in 5 days thanks to them and never made me feel like i was a bother connected with me on a personal and wanted my animal to be as comfortable as possible. Excellent, prompt care by extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. Everyone was patient, welcoming, and efficient.
Dr peace was so gentle and kind and helped our dog when they ingested something bad and was very out of it and afraid thank you very much for helping her the staff was amazing very gentle and fast to administer the medicine and our dog was very well treated
I had the most amazing experience here, from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave you’re cared for. It was my first experience with an ER vet and I was worried but they eased my anxiety and were there for me every step of the day. Everyone in the staff from Drs to techs to just everyone was super sweet and caring about my fur baby. I truly wish I could give each individual person there a hug.
